Sleeveywonders.com Return Policy
You may return new, unworn (except to try on) items within 30 days of delivery for refund, not including shipping or handling charges (if applicable). The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. A refund will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item and after we have confirmed that the item is new, unworn and in resellable condition. To begin this process simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
Wholesale returns are subject to a $3-per-item restocking fee.
Sleeveywonders.com Exchange Policy
We will gladly exchange new and unworn items within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges (please include the original purchased item(s) as well as all paperwork and reason(s) for exchange in the package). We will pay for the new ground shipping charges to send your newly exchanged item(s). Free shipping is offered once per item per original order, so please inspect each item in your order and send all items that you need to exchange at the same time. If the exchanged items still do not fit and you want to exchange them again, we will issue store credit to your account upon receipt and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
An "even" exchange is for another item of equal value, however, if the newly requested item costs less than the exchanged item, then we will refund you the difference; if the newly requested item costs more than the returned item for exchange, then you will need to pay the difference through Sleeveywonders.com before the exchange occurs. If you need to exchange a new and unused item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Exchange Item(s) button and follow the instructions. We will notify you via email of your exchange once we have received and processed the returned item(s) for exchange.

In order to accommodate our customers and be flexible, Sleeveywonders.com has provided several options for different levels of delivery.
